Fitness Club Manager

About the role

We are seeking an energetic Fitness Club Manager to lead our Victoria location. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality fitness programs, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring an exceptional experience for members and athletes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and continuously improve fitness programs and services.
• Provide technical and professional advice to coaches, athletes, and members.
• Recruit, train, and supervise professional coaches and staff (5‑15 people).
• Organise and administer national and provincial training, coaching, and officiating programs.
• Oversee daily club operations, including budgeting, revenue monitoring, and expense control.

Required profile

• Other trades certificate or diploma.
• 2‑3 years of relevant experience.
• CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel (expenses covered).
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, meet tight deadlines, and handle a large workload.
• Strong client focus, reliable, organized, and a team player.
