Financial Services Manager – Automotive Dealership

About the role

OpenRoad Honda Burnaby is seeking a full‑time Financial Services Manager to lead the Finance & Insurance (F&I) department. The role focuses on driving profitability, managing lender relationships, and delivering tailored financial solutions to customers in a high‑energy dealership environment.

Key responsibilities

• Set and achieve short‑ and long‑term profit, turnover, product sales, and finance source targets for the F&I department.
• Develop, implement, and monitor strategies and procedures to meet departmental objectives, adjusting plans based on performance analysis.
• Identify customer needs and provide customized financial solutions aligned with company goals.
• Contribute to budgeting, monitor variances, and ensure departmental financial performance supports overall dealership success.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years experience as an F&I or Sales Manager in a new‑car dealership, preferably Honda.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to manage time efficiently and maintain accurate paperwork.
• Excellent communication skills, able to interact with staff at all levels and maintain calm under pressure.
• Valid BC driver’s licence with a clean record.
