Financial Analyst – Plant Finance

About the role
The Financial Analyst, Plant Finance partners with plant management and regional finance leadership to deliver financial insights, support accurate reporting, and drive operational efficiency within IKO's manufacturing environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support pre‑close and month‑end close activities for assigned plants, including inventory counts, journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly operating statements with analysis and commentary for senior finance leadership.
- Validate Bills of Material (BOM) and raw material usage data to ensure cost accuracy.
- Develop and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and correlate operational metrics with financial results.
- Assist in annual planning, forecasting, scenario modeling, and variance analysis.
- Participate in ad‑hoc analysis and cross‑functional projects.
Required profile
- Experience in plant finance or manufacturing finance environments.
- Strong analytical and business‑partnering skills.
- Ability to communicate financial insights to plant leadership.
