Finance Controller / Finance Manager

About the role

LIVIVA Foods is seeking an entrepreneurial Finance Controller / Finance Manager to lead and strengthen its finance function during a period of rapid growth. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for financial planning, cash‑flow management, reporting, and process improvement, directly influencing the company’s strategic direction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and cash‑flow management activities.
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic decisions.
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations and internal controls.
• Analyze profitability by customer, product, channel and business unit.
• Monitor inventory, working capital, receivables, payables and operating expenses.
• Identify opportunities to improve profitability, efficiency and cash flow.
• Maintain and optimise financial systems, reporting processes and controls.

Required profile

• Proven experience in finance leadership, budgeting, forecasting and cash‑flow management.
• Strong background in financial reporting, internal controls and compliance.
• Ability to analyse complex data and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on initiative, ownership and adaptability.
