Finance Contracts Analyst

About the role

Reporting directly to the Finance Enablement Manager, the Finance Contracts Analyst ensures accurate, compliant, and efficient billing and revenue operations. The role reviews customer contracts, validates pricing and terms, and translates contractual requirements into precise billing and financial outputs.

Key responsibilities

• Review and analyze customer contracts, amendments, and pricing arrangements to ensure billing and revenue accuracy.
• Prepare and reconcile billing data, subscription activity, and supporting documentation for monthly billing cycles.
• Validate rates, discounts, terms, and special conditions across simple and complex contract structures.
• Identify variances, discrepancies, and potential revenue leakage, collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues.
• Partner with Customer Success, Sales, and Accounts Receivable to support customer inquiries, disputes, and contract interpretation.
• Support credit and adjustment requests through detailed analyses and reconciliations.
• Contribute to process documentation, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives, including workflow enhancements and automation.
• Participate in system testing, data quality initiatives, and cross‑functional projects to improve billing accuracy and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in billing, financial analysis, subscription management, or related fields.
• Strong computer proficiency in a Windows environment with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work with large volumes of complex data across multiple systems such as Tableau, JIRA, and Excel reporting.
• Familiarity with AI tools and M365 Copilot.
