About the role

We are seeking an energetic Fast Food Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations at our busy urban location in Victoria. The role involves overseeing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining operational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Determine service offerings and implement operational procedures.
• Conduct performance reviews and manage a team of over 20 employees.
• Cost products and services and manage inventory.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• Negotiate catering contracts and facility usage with clients.
• Participate in marketing plans and implementation.
• Address customer complaints and provide service.
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations.

Required profile

• Secondary school graduation certificate.
• 1–2 years of experience in fast‑food or restaurant management.
• Experience supervising more than 20 staff members.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, physically demanding environment.
