Farm Machinery Operator – Greenhouse & Nursery

About the role
We are looking for a reliable Farm Machinery Operator to join our greenhouse and nursery team. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean production environment and ensuring that all farm equipment runs smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Clean crops and perform general greenhouse cleaning
- Harvest seedlings and assist with crop handling
- Operate and maintain farm machinery such as tractors and forklifts
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and report any issues
- Carry out general farm duties as needed
Required profile
- 2 to less than 3 years of experience working in a nursery or greenhouse setting
- Ability to work onsite in a physical location
- Commitment to safety and equipment upkeep
Required skills
- Tractor operation
- Forklift operation
