About the role

This friendly solo practice in Langley is seeking a Family Practitioner/General Practitioner to join as a partner. The clinic operates as a full family practice with a strong emphasis on patient care and efficient workflow.

Key responsibilities

Provide comprehensive primary care to a diverse patient population.
Utilize the Medaccess EMR system for documentation and billing.
Collaborate with experienced staff to maintain a smooth, high‑quality workflow.
Participate in the long‑term growth and success of the clinic.

Required profile

Board‑certified Family Medicine or General Practice physician.
Interest in a partnership model and long‑term clinic development.
Ability to work both onsite and virtually as needed.

Required skills

Proficiency with Medaccess EMR.
Knowledge of LFP (Limited Fee Practice) billing.

What we offer

Compensation range $300K‑$400K per year, based on experience.
Billing split of 70/30.
Option to choose LFP billing.
Free parking and 100% form fee coverage.
Virtual work flexibility and training support.
