Family & General Practitioner – Flexible Schedule in Aldergrove

About the role

We are a growing family practice located in historic downtown Aldergrove, offering a newly renovated clinic and a supportive, collaborative environment. The position provides a flexible schedule with the freedom to choose your own hours and patient load, while serving an underserved and rapidly expanding community.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive family and general medical care to patients of all ages.
• Utilize the Oscar EMR system, including Dragon Dictation, for accurate documentation.
• Perform procedures in the on‑site treatment room as needed.
• Collaborate with allied health professionals such as physiotherapists, massage therapists, pharmacists, and chiropractors.
• Participate in a team of six doctors, sharing knowledge and supporting one another.

Required profile

• Licensed Family Practitioner or General Practitioner.
• Willingness to work in a community‑focused, underserved setting.
• Ability to manage a flexible schedule without on‑call obligations.
• Commitment to patient‑centered care and continuous learning.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Oscar EMR software.
• Experience using Dragon Dictation for voice‑to‑text documentation.
