Family Practitioner – Full‑time Primary Care Position

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Family Practitioner to join a well‑established, full‑service family practice that has served the community for over 20 years. The clinic offers a mix of walk‑in and scheduled appointments, covering everything from minor injuries to chronic disease management. The position can start as a locum role with the possibility of a permanent appointment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to a diverse patient panel, including preventive, acute, and chronic care.
• Manage minor injuries and perform routine procedures as needed.
• Collaborate with a team of eight physicians and experienced medical office assistants.
• Utilize the Med Access electronic medical record system for documentation and billing.
• Participate in optional Saturday clinics and virtual consultations.

Required profile

• Board‑certified Family Medicine or General Practice physician.
• Strong commitment to high‑quality patient care and community health.
• Ability to work both onsite and remotely in a hybrid model.
• Willingness to engage in a collaborative, long‑term team environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Med Access EMR platform.
