Family Practitioner – Full‑time Position

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Family Practitioner to join a well‑established medical centre that has served the community for over 20 years. The clinic offers a full spectrum of family medicine services, from treating minor injuries to managing chronic diseases, and provides a supportive environment with a team of eight physicians and long‑standing medical office assistants.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to a diverse patient panel.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Perform minor procedures and manage minor injuries.
• Collaborate with physicians and support staff to ensure high‑quality patient care.
• Participate in occasional Saturday clinics and virtual consultations as needed.

Required profile

• Board‑certified Family Medicine or General Practice physician.
• Strong commitment to patient‑centered care.
• Willingness to work both onsite and remotely.
• Ability to integrate into an established, collaborative team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Med Access electronic medical record system.
