Family Law Attorney – Arnold, MO

About the role

Stange Law Firm, PC is looking for a motivated attorney to join its fast‑growing family law practice in Arnold, Missouri. The successful candidate will provide strategic legal support for divorce, separation, paternity, estate planning and other family‑related matters.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and draft legal documents, pleadings, motions, judgments and orders.
• Correspond with attorneys, court personnel and clients regarding case matters.
• Interview and prepare witnesses for testimony.
• Appear in court promptly for all assigned cases.
• Manage all aspects of assigned cases from intake through resolution.
• Perform administrative duties such as filing, mailing and organizing case files.
• Conduct legal research on specific issues.

Required profile

• J.D. degree and a current Missouri bar license.
• Family law experience preferred but not required.
• Senior Associate positions available for attorneys with five or more years of litigation experience.
