Family & General Practitioner – New Aldergrove Clinic

About the role

We are a brand‑new clinic with an attached pharmacy in Aldergrove, staffed by a dynamic group of 12 young physicians. As a Family Practitioner/General Practitioner you will join a collaborative team that delivers full‑service outpatient care and part‑time inpatient care, with the flexibility to shape your own schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary‑care services to patients in an outpatient setting.
• Participate in part‑time inpatient care as needed.
• Contribute to the After Hours Coverage Program.
• Utilise clinic EMR systems (Oscar, Juno) for documentation and billing.
• Engage in virtual consultations using Cortico and AI‑enhanced tools.

Required profile

• Board‑certified Family or General Practitioner.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑growing, team‑oriented environment.
• Willingness to adapt to flexible, self‑directed clinic hours.
• Ability to collaborate with Medical Office Assistants and support staff.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Oscar EMR.
• Proficiency with Juno EMR.
• Experience using Cortico virtual platform.
• Familiarity with AI‑assisted clinical tools.
• Knowledge of LFP billing processes.

What we offer

• Compensation ranging from $300,000 to $400,000 CAD, based on experience.
