About the role
We are seeking a compassionate Family Caregiver to provide in‑home support for adults and seniors, including individuals living with Alzheimer’s disease. The role involves delivering personal care, medication administration, and companionship in a non‑smoking environment, with optional live‑in accommodation available.
Key responsibilities
- Administer bedside and personal care, including bathing, hygiene, and assistance with feeding.
- Manage medication administration and monitor health‑related needs.
- Support regular exercise such as walking and assist with mobility.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals, and handle laundry, clothing repairs, and light housekeeping.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to promote wellbeing.
Required profile
- Reliability, punctuality, and strong client focus.
- Dependability, patience, honesty, and flexibility.
- Efficient interpersonal skills, initiative, and organizational ability.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks and handle personal suitability criteria.
