Facility Construction Supervisor

About the role

Sideworx Connect offers positions for both employees and independent contractors, specializing in short‑term and seasonal work. We are seeking experienced Construction Supervisors with both facility and pipeline construction expertise to oversee complex projects in the oil & gas and industrial sectors, managing crews, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate construction activities for facility and pipeline projects.
• Oversee both above‑ground facility construction and pipeline installation/maintenance.
• Ensure all work meets safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation across diverse project types.
• Conduct daily safety meetings and enforce safety protocols.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Monitor quality control and ensure work meets specifications for both facility and pipeline work.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and progress reports.
• Resolve on‑site issues and implement corrective actions.

Required profile

• Minimum 5+ years of construction supervision experience.
• Combined experience in both facility construction and pipeline projects.
• Oil & gas or industrial construction background required.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and standards.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and pipeline schematics.
• Experience with project management software.
