About the role
This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated professional to work directly with senior leadership. You will support the President while contributing to business operations, communications, marketing initiatives, strategic projects, and stakeholder engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the President’s calendar, travel, appointments and daily priorities.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, capture action items and ensure follow‑up.
- Draft executive correspondence, reports, presentations and briefing materials.
- Support strategic initiatives, track project milestones and maintain stakeholder databases.
- Assist with social media activities, content creation and coordination with external marketing agencies.
- Create polished presentations, reports, dashboards and maintain document version control.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience supporting a President, CEO, Founder or other C‑level executive.
- Post‑secondary education in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing or a related field.
- Highly organized, tech‑savvy and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Professional discretion when handling confidential information.

- Salary range $70,000‑$80,000 CAD per year plus bonus and benefits.
