About the role
The Executive Assistant supports the Senior Vice President and Chief Investment Officer of Global Banking and Markets and Wealth Technology, providing high‑level administrative assistance in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements and meeting logistics for the SVP and VPs.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, speeches and other executive documents.
- Oversee expense management, including budget tracking, reconciliation, variance analysis and reporting.
- Act as primary liaison for departmental initiatives, ensuring compliance with policies and escalating issues as needed.
- Maintain accurate financial records in collaboration with finance teams and provide timely updates to leadership.
- Monitor adherence to internal policies, champion a customer‑focused culture and foster an inclusive work environment.
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and implement enhancements.
Required profile
- Proven experience providing executive‑level support in a corporate or financial services setting.
- Strong discretion, confidentiality and ability to handle sensitive information.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Solid understanding of financial budgeting and expense reporting processes.
