About the role
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership. The role involves managing schedules, coordinating communications and handling confidential information to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations for executives.
Key responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, appointments and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of executives.
- Prepare reports, presentations and briefing materials.
- Organise meetings, take minutes and follow up on action items.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Screen calls, emails and correspondence, prioritising as needed.
- Assist with project coordination and various administrative tasks.
- Liaise with internal teams, clients and external stakeholders.
- Maintain organised records, files and documentation.
Required profile
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of professionalism and discretion.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
