About the role
Mehta Group is looking for a proactive, detail‑oriented Executive Assistant to support senior management across its education, immigration, training services, and property investment operations. The role involves high‑level administrative, reporting and coordination duties, ideal for a candidate with around one year of executive support experience who is eager to learn and grow.
Key responsibilities
- Collect regular updates, reports and operational data from section heads and department leaders.
- Liaise with department heads on day‑to‑day progress, follow‑ups and reporting requirements.
- Maintain, organise and manage data from various departments to ensure accuracy and timely reporting.
- Consolidate information into clear, accurate reports for management.
- Review and analyse data related to profits, losses, trends, performance gaps and missed opportunities.
- Prepare summaries, dashboards, briefing notes and executive reports to support decision‑making.
- Track business and operational information in a structured way for planning and review.
- Identify inconsistencies or gaps in reporting and follow up with relevant teams.
- Provide executive‑level administrative support, including calendar coordination, document preparation and email follow‑up.
- Assist with HR and general administration tasks such as record keeping, onboarding support and policy documentation.
- Support cross‑functional projects, including first‑aid and CPR training initiatives.
- Maintain confidentiality when handling business, employee and management information.
- Recommend improvements to internal reporting, coordination and data‑tracking systems.
- Perform other executive support and administrative duties as assigned.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an executive assistant, administrative, coordinator or data‑support role.
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Data Management or a related field (preferred).
- Exposure to data management, reporting, record organisation or business analysis (strongly preferred).
- Strong judgment, willingness to learn and ability to work with multiple department heads.
