About the role

We are seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high‑level administrative support and strategic guidance for our management and unit leadership teams. This role combines day‑to‑day administrative duties with strategic insight to drive operational excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support and strategic guidance, including calendar management and decision‑making processes.
- Prioritize and manage inquiries, troubleshoot conflicts, and offer recommendations to optimise engagements.
- Nurture strong relationships with customers, coordinate communications, and ensure exceptional service.
- Oversee scheduling, call management, and align activities with organisational strategic goals.
- Manage travel arrangements and associated planning to optimise executive time and resources.
- Lead preparation, execution, and follow‑up of staff meetings, all‑employee meetings, special events, training sessions, and workshops.
- Provide strategic support in the utilisation of Ericsson’s administrative tools and processes.
- Drive continuous improvement of administrative processes to enhance organisational effectiveness.
- Collaborate and share best practices with other assistants across the organisation.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in an executive or senior administrative support role.
- Demonstrated ability to uphold a Code of Business Ethics and address concerns of bribery or corruption.
