About the role

We are seeking an experienced Event Planner to join our AI training team. You will apply your expertise in writing, editing, and content development to help shape and improve AI chatbot models.

Key responsibilities

Assign writing and editing tasks to AI chatbots and review their outputs.
Measure progress, evaluate logic, and assess correctness of AI‑generated content.
Identify performance gaps and propose solutions to enhance model quality.
Collaborate with the AI development team to align content standards with brand voice.

Required profile

Fluent English (native or bilingual level).
Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
Background in communications, journalism, or related fields is preferred.
Current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree (optional but advantageous).
