ERP Risk, Controls & Security Solutions Manager

About the role

PwC's Enterprise Technology Risk Solutions practice, within Risk Services, is looking for an ERP Risk, Controls & Security Solutions Manager in Toronto. The role works with clients to build analytics and technology solutions that help them detect, monitor and predict risk, and to establish the right controls, processes and structures so that information given to third parties is accurate, complete and trustworthy. It covers large-scale ERP transformations and emerging technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Work on large-scale technology transformation projects across end-to-end ERP implementations and emerging technologies.
• Provide risk advisory services in areas such as SAP S/4 HANA, SuccessFactors, BTP, Ariba, SAP GRC and SAP application security and controls.
• Support risk identification, control integration, IT and business process control audits, project management and governance, and risk management and assurance over large transformation initiatives.
• Review and assess IT risks and controls for internal and external audit and advisory engagements, including cloud security, access management, IT governance and data governance.
• Lead engagement teams, coach others, resolve blockers and build recommendations from complex ideas.
• Take part in business development: building client relationships, driving proposals and pursuing new opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Information Technology, Finance, Data Science or Computer Science.
• Experience in consulting, assurance (audit) or related roles such as risk management, IT, cybersecurity, finance and accounting, project management or system implementation.
• Ability to obtain Government of Canada security clearance; Level 2 is an asset.
• Fluency in French and English is an asset.
• Business development experience is highly preferred.

Required skills

• Knowledge of controls integration, security design/implementation and GRC integration for large ERP solutions such as SAP S/4 HANA, SuccessFactors, Ariba, BTP and SAP GRC.
• Preferred: experience with IT audits, data conversions, CSAE 3416 and SSAE 16 audits, SOX/NI 52-109, and data quality and analytics.
• Certifications such as CISSP, PMP, CRISC, CISM or CISA, and vendor certifications (e.g., SAP S/4 HANA, BTP Administrator, SAP Certified Associate - Security Administrator) are assets.

The salary range is $65,600 - $109,300, with possible variable incentive pay for eligible employees.
