Enterprise Solutions Architect

About the role

The Enterprise Solutions Architect at Arctiq is a senior pre‑sales technical resource who partners with Client Directors to design and sell integrated solutions across the company’s portfolio. The role blends deep security expertise with a broad understanding of hybrid cloud, networking, data & AI, and service management, translating business challenges into secure, scalable architectures.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions to capture business challenges, technical requirements, and desired outcomes.
• Translate customer needs into multi‑domain, secure, and commercially viable solution architectures.
• Design integrated solutions spanning data centre, virtualization, hybrid cloud, networking, cybersecurity, and applications.
• Leverage strategic partner technologies such as VMware, Nutanix, Red Hat, AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud.
• Identify opportunities for modernization, cost reduction, resiliency, performance, and risk mitigation.
• Develop proposals, SOWs, RFP responses, solution designs, and effort estimates.
• Collaborate with sales teams throughout the sales cycle to position solutions and address technical questions.
• Present solutions to technical and executive audiences, linking technology to business value.
• Support pricing, ROI/TCO discussions, and managed‑services positioning as needed.
• Ensure smooth handoff to delivery teams and provide architectural guidance during implementation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in pre‑sales solution architecture, preferably with a focus on enterprise security.
• Broad knowledge of hybrid cloud, networking, data & AI, and service management practices.
• Strong communication skills to engage both technical and executive stakeholders.
• Ability to lead discovery workshops and translate business needs into technical designs.
• Continuous learning mindset and willingness to explore emerging technologies.
