Enterprise Sales Director – Majors, Consumer Business Services

About the role

Join Sierra’s Consumer Business Services team to lead enterprise sales for major consumer‑facing brands and essential service providers. You will own complex, high‑value deals and partner with AI‑native tools to accelerate the sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Drive complex enterprise deals end‑to‑end, managing 6‑ and 7‑figure cycles from prospecting to close.
• Lead VP‑level conversations and build durable C‑suite relationships across customer organizations.
• Identify and mitigate deal risk early, creating rigorous stakeholder maps for each account.
• Partner with managers and senior leadership on pricing, escalation timing, executive alignment and overall deal strategy.
• Leverage AI tools throughout the sales cycle to automate low‑value tasks and focus on high‑value customer interactions.

Required profile

• 8–10 years of enterprise, customer‑facing sales experience with a proven track record of closing large accounts.
• Experience managing a $1M+ quota and executing end‑to‑end 6‑ and 7‑figure ACV deals.
• Ability to multi‑thread and build trusted relationships across C‑suite stakeholders.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with data‑driven decision making.
• Familiarity with the AI landscape and emerging trends (preferred).
