Enterprise Sales Director – Consumer Business Services

About the role

Sierra is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Director to lead sales for its Consumer Business Services portfolio. You will drive revenue growth by building relationships with large enterprise customers across a wide range of consumer‑focused industries.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new enterprise customers through research, networking and cold outreach.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers, serving as the primary point of contact.
• Lead complex negotiations, address objections and close high‑value deals while coordinating with legal and finance.
• Develop and execute sales strategies, craft tailored presentations and collaborate with marketing on campaigns.
• Work closely with product, technical and operations teams to deliver Sierra’s AI‑native solutions.
• Leverage AI tools throughout the sales cycle to automate routine tasks and focus on high‑value activities.

Required profile

• 6‑8 years of enterprise sales experience, managing $1M+ quotas and closing 6‑ and 7‑figure ACV deals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with an analytical mindset.
• Proven track record of prospecting, lead generation and closing large accounts.
• Familiarity with the AI landscape and emerging industry trends is a plus.
