Enterprise Project Manager

About the role

MaintainX is seeking an Enterprise Project Manager to lead large‑scale SaaS implementation projects for its global enterprise customers. You will act as the primary point of contact, guiding each engagement from scoping through go‑live while ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Assist enterprise customers through successful on‑site implementations, traveling to client sites as needed.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to execute multiple projects flawlessly.
• Define project scope and objectives, ensuring technical feasibility and stakeholder alignment.
• Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and manage changes to scope, schedule, and cost.
• Measure performance using project management tools, report status, and escalate issues to management.
• Maintain strong client relationships and manage stakeholder communication.
• Perform risk management and create comprehensive project documentation.
• Track project performance against short‑ and long‑term goals and deliver comprehensive plans to clients and internal teams.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in software implementation, customer onboarding, or application engineering.
• Proven track record delivering on‑site large SaaS implementation projects.
• BSc/BEng/BA degree or equivalent; PMP certification is a plus.
• Experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector is beneficial.
• Excellent client‑facing, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and multitasking capability.
