Engineering New Graduate – Nuclear Projects

About the role

We are seeking a recent engineering graduate to join our nuclear engineering team. The role offers exposure to new nuclear projects, operating plant support, refurbishment, site engineering and R&D activities across our Mississauga and Pickering/Oshawa offices.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior engineers on tasks related to new nuclear, operating plant support, refurbishment, site engineering and research & development.
• Perform engineering work under guidance to build technical knowledge and practical experience.
• Review work of support staff for accuracy and compliance with standards when required.
• Develop expertise in at least one core engineering discipline.
• Manage multiple assignments, planning and time‑management to meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support project execution and innovation.

Required profile

• Honours degree in Engineering (or equivalent) from a recognized university, graduating before May 2026.
• Strong technical writing ability and effective communication with staff, project managers and customers.
• Statistical knowledge is a plus.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines under pressure and solve problems with a results‑oriented approach.
• Excellent planning, organization and self‑management of simultaneous work assignments.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a focus on service, collaboration and relationship building.
