Email Marketing Manager – HubSpot & CRM Automation (12-Month Contract)

About the role

We are seeking a HubSpot‑expert Email Marketing Manager to lead the communication strategy for a database of over 500,000 contacts. The role focuses on designing, automating and optimizing high‑volume, highly segmented email journeys for a diverse range of SMB industries within a fast‑growing InsurTech company.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and execute sophisticated email campaigns and lifecycle workflows using HubSpot and Salesforce CRM.
• Develop precise audience segmentation and schedule complex automation across multiple industry verticals.
• Create high‑converting copy and collaborate on email template design.
• Run continuous A/B tests on subject lines, messaging and calls‑to‑action to improve engagement.
• Monitor core KPIs (opens, clicks, conversions) and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Identify and implement AI‑driven solutions to enhance personalization and marketing efficiency.

Required profile

• 5+ years of recent, hands‑on experience with HubSpot as the primary email and automation platform.
• Recent experience working with Salesforce CRM for data synchronization and audience targeting.
• Proven track record in email marketing, CRM or marketing automation within fast‑paced B2C/B2B2C environments such as e‑commerce, insurance or fintech.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on testing, experimentation and data‑driven optimisation.

What we offer

• Competitive salary of $100,000‑$125,000 CAD per year.
