Electrician Foreman – Industrial Construction

About the role

Tritech Group Ltd. is seeking an experienced Electrician Foreman to lead electrical work on industrial water and wastewater projects across the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley. This full‑time, on‑site position offers travel to various job sites and requires a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Key responsibilities

• Review bills of materials, plans, schematics and wiring drawings.
• Interpret electrical code specifications and ensure compliance.
• Gather materials and tools, install and wire building electrical systems including lighting, receptacles, fire and security panels.
• Install cable trays, pull and terminate cables, and install control panels, MCCs, VFDs and instrumentation.
• Test equipment for current, continuity and voltage; troubleshoot industrial control systems.
• Mentor apprentices, assign work, and maintain a safe work environment through training.

Required profile

• Certified Construction and/or Industrial Electrician (Red Seal or Master Electrician preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of industrial construction experience, preferably in water/wastewater projects.
• Previous foreman experience in an industrial setting.
• Ability to work independently, physically demanding tasks, and travel to multiple sites.

Required skills

• Installation and wiring of MCCs, VFDs, motor controls, and PLC panels.
• Cable tray and Teck cable installation.
• Instrumentation and conduit work.
• Interpretation of electrical codes and schematics.
• Current WHMIS, First Aid, Confined Space and CSTS certifications.
