Driving Instructor

About the role

The Driving Instructor role is a full‑time position focused on delivering high‑quality driver education through virtual sessions and digital tools, with occasional in‑person lessons as required by local regulations. Instructors work closely with learners and their families to build confidence, safety awareness, and practical driving skills.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct driving lessons, both online and in‑person.
• Teach road rules, safe driving practices, and vehicle handling techniques.
• Assess learner progress, provide feedback, and document training outcomes.
• Communicate regularly with learners and families to tailor lesson plans to individual needs.
• Maintain accurate records, follow safety and regulatory guidelines, and coordinate with the school’s team.

Required profile

• Strong driving instruction and driver‑training experience.
• Knowledge of road safety principles and ability to teach safe driving habits.
• Valid driver’s licence with a clean record and any required local instructor certifications.
• Ability to deliver remote instruction using online tools and strong communication skills.
• Patience, professionalism, and experience working with learners of varied confidence levels; previous driving instructor experience preferred.
