Dispensary Supervisor

About the role

SE-MI-AH-MU Canna Co, an Indigenous‑owned cannabis dispensary in White Rock, BC, is seeking a motivated Dispensary Supervisor. You will lead daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver exceptional customer experiences while upholding the company’s cultural values.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor and train dispensary staff, including performance reviews.
• Maintain compliance with all provincial cannabis regulations and internal policies.
• Oversee inventory management: receiving, stocking and ordering products.
• Provide outstanding customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Handle cash, process transactions and perform daily financial reconciliation.
• Enforce safety and security procedures for staff and customers.
• Collaborate with management to develop sales strategies and improve satisfaction.

Required profile

• Previous supervisory experience in retail or cannabis environment (preferred).
• Comprehensive knowledge of cannabis products, industry trends and regulatory requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work night shifts and weekends.
• Pass a background check and obtain any required state certifications.
• Appreciation for Indigenous culture and values is highly desirable.
