About the role
The restaurant is looking for a reliable dishwasher to join the kitchen team. You will ensure that all dishes, glassware and utensils are cleaned promptly and maintained to high hygiene standards, supporting smooth service flow.
Key responsibilities
- Operate industrial dishwashers to clean dishes, glasses and flatware.
- Manually sanitize and wash items as needed.
- Store cleaned items in the appropriate storage areas.
- Scour pots, pans and other cookware.
- Handle, store and dispense cleaning chemicals safely.
- Remove kitchen waste and manage trash disposal.
- Sweep, mop, wash and polish kitchen floors.
- Wash, peel and cut vegetables and fruit for service.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation (high school) certificate.
- 2 to less than 3 years of experience in a similar kitchen or restaurant role.
- Ability to work on‑site full time.
- Commitment to health and safety standards.
Required skills
- Dishwasher operation.
- Cleaning product handling.
