Food & Beverage Server – Hotel Restaurant

About the role

Join Hôtel PUR as a Food & Beverage Server, delivering high‑quality service in a fast‑paced hotel restaurant environment. You will interact directly with guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience while adhering to provincial liquor regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, present menus, and recommend food, beverage, and wine selections.
• Take orders, relay them to kitchen and bar staff, and serve meals and drinks promptly.
• Prepare and serve specialty dishes at the table, describe daily specials, and address customer inquiries.
• Handle payments via cash, credit/debit cards, travellers’ cheques, or room billing, and balance cash registers.
• Maintain clean and orderly tables, trays, and chairs throughout service.
• Address guest complaints or special needs with professionalism.

Required profile

• Secondary school graduation or equivalent experience.
• Legal age to mix and serve alcoholic beverages.
• 1‑2 years of experience in restaurant or hotel service.
• Strong client focus, excellent oral communication, and ability to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
