Director of Transformation

About the role

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Director of Transformation will turn the executive vision into a high‑performance roadmap, lead the corporate PMO, maintain the Business Operating System, and continuously optimize the ERP and enterprise systems to boost operational effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Lead annual and quarterly strategic planning cycles, translating vision into department‑specific goals and ensuring alignment across the organization.
• Direct the PMO to deliver enterprise‑wide programs on time, within scope and budget, while tracking strategic ROI and establishing health metrics.
• Own the Company Playbook, standardising critical processes, conducting quarterly audits, and driving corrective actions to ensure compliance.
• Govern the ERP ecosystem, diagnose configuration gaps, lead enhancements and upgrades, and align system capabilities with business processes.
• Champion digital‑transformation initiatives, including automation, data‑quality governance and enterprise‑wide analytics reporting.
• Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration, act as executive liaison, and provide regular executive dashboards and KPI reviews.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in strategy, operations, management consulting, business transformation or operational excellence.
• Proven track record leading enterprise PMOs, process‑governance programs, and ERP transformation initiatives.
• Demonstrated success driving cross‑functional change through process improvement and digital enablement.
• PMP, PgMP, Lean Six Sigma or equivalent certification highly preferred.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 50% of the time.
