Director of Marketing

About the role

Accent Inns Inc., a fast‑growing hospitality group in British Columbia, is looking for a Director of Marketing to lead its brand and demand‑generation efforts. Reporting to the VP of Sales, Marketing & Revenue, you will guide a team of six marketing professionals and shape the company’s strategic marketing direction.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that increase brand awareness and drive demand across all channels.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of six marketing specialists.
• Oversee integrated campaigns, brand stewardship and all external communications.
• Collaborate with Sales (the “Wolfpack”), Revenue, Operations, Finance and People & Culture to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Monitor campaign performance, conduct measurement and reporting, and optimise initiatives based on data.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in marketing leadership, preferably within hospitality or related consumer‑facing industries.
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate business goals into actionable marketing plans.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work cross‑functionally with sales, operations, finance and HR teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and develop a high‑performing marketing team.
