Global Communications Co‑op – Winter 2027

About the role

Join BCI’s Global Investment Communications team for a Winter 2027 co‑op term (January‑April). You will help translate complex investment activity into clear narratives and support the launch of a new digital platform.

Key responsibilities

• Support a range of communication projects across the team under the manager’s supervision.
• Develop communications materials for the new digital platform launch.
• Research best practices in digital marketing communications.
• Produce written, digital, and video content for diverse audiences.
• Assist with media monitoring, reporting, and conference/event coordination.
• Partner with Employee Communications and the Creative Production Hub on initiatives.
• Contribute to ad‑hoc research, writing, and project support as directed.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Communications, Journalism, PR, Marketing, Business or related program.
• Fundamental knowledge of business and investment concepts is strongly recommended.
• Demonstrated interest in investment communications and curiosity about AI tools.
• Strong research, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.

Required skills

• Experience with digital marketing communications and MailChimp.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
• Familiarity with AI tools, media monitoring platforms, design tools, and digital/video content production.
