Director – Agentic Trust Product Acceleration

About the role

The Director, Agentic Trust Product Acceleration will lead the creation, scaling, and operationalisation of Agentic Trust solutions across Mastercard’s Security Solutions Organisation. Working closely with Product, Engineering and Foundry teams, the role drives secure, trusted commerce experiences for identity, fraud, cyber and dispute domains.

Key responsibilities

• Translate strategic priorities into actionable product roadmaps and execution plans.
• Incubate and scale Agentic Trust solutions across identity, fraud, and cyber domains.
• Lead cross‑functional execution with Product, Engineering and Foundry teams to meet defined goals and timelines.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, interoperable and aligned with platform and data capabilities.
• Prepare solutions for market readiness, defining value propositions and integrating them into the product portfolio.

Required profile

• Strong experience leading product delivery in complex, technology‑driven environments with end‑to‑end lifecycle ownership.
• Proven track record of building and scaling new products or capabilities from incubation through market validation and commercialization.
• Ability to translate strategy into clear product outcomes, defining scope, milestones and success metrics.
• Experience operating in highly matrixed organisations, influencing multiple teams without direct authority.
• Deep understanding of platform thinking and scalable architectures to ensure interoperability.
