About the role

We are seeking a Direct Response Email Designer to join our fast‑moving team on a contract basis. You will blend strong visual design skills with conversion theory to create email campaigns that not only look great but also drive measurable revenue for our e‑commerce clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design high‑converting email templates for multiple 8‑9‑figure brands.
• Apply direct‑response and conversion principles to every layout, hierarchy, and visual element.
• Collaborate closely with copywriters and account managers to iterate quickly based on performance data.
• Maintain brand consistency across a portfolio of client accounts.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing emails that achieve strong conversion results, backed by a results‑focused portfolio.
• UI/UX expertise with a clear intent to drive conversions.
• Strong copywriting instincts that complement visual design.
• Fast execution, reliability, and extreme attention to detail.
