Digital Marketing & Social Media Content Specialist

About the role

Carmel Industries is seeking a creative and hands‑on Digital Marketing & Social Media Content Specialist to boost its online presence across platforms such as TikTok and LinkedIn. You will work closely with the graphic artist to produce compelling visual stories that showcase the company’s marking tools, specialty waxes, and other products.

Key responsibilities

• Create, schedule, and manage content for TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Develop product‑focused content ideas and short‑form videos, including AI‑assisted video when appropriate.
• Support remarketing campaigns and help plan their execution.
• Research, identify, and engage with influencers, creators, and industry partners.
• Assist with influencer collaborations, product seeding, and campaign tracking.
• Write captions, post copy, campaign concepts, and content briefs.
• Collaborate with the graphic artist on posts, ads, product visuals, and overall campaign design.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience creating content for TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Strong understanding of social media marketing and remarketing tactics.
• Ability to locate, approach, and communicate with influencers.
• Organized, reliable, and capable of working independently.

Required skills

• Video editing and short‑form content creation.
• Proficiency with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar AI‑assisted video platforms.
• Familiarity with TikTok and LinkedIn publishing tools.
