Digital Insights Associate - CRM Analytics

About the role

Systems Limited is looking for a Digital Insights Associate who will support the Canada market's Digital Insights and CRM Analytics function. The role delivers data-driven insights that enhance customer engagement, optimize marketing performance and support strategic business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze customer behavior, engagement patterns and audience segments to uncover actionable insights and business opportunities.
• Design, develop and maintain dashboards, reports and performance trackers for key digital and CRM metrics.
• Support CRM campaign planning, audience targeting, A/B testing, optimization and post-campaign analysis.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to turn complex data into clear recommendations that improve customer experience and campaign effectiveness.
• Identify trends, opportunities and optimization areas across digital channels and CRM initiatives.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency and timely reporting.

Required profile

• 1 to 4+ years of experience in analytics, CRM analytics, marketing analytics, digital analytics or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to present insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborative, able to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Required skills

• SQL for data extraction, transformation and analysis.
• Data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Digital analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics 4, Content Square, Hotjar or Microsoft Clarity.
• CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot or Microsoft Dynamics.
