Coordinator, MarTech & Data Intelligence

About the role

Zenith, the ROI agency of Publicis Media, is hiring a Coordinator for MarTech and Data Intelligence in Toronto. Reporting to the Experience Planning Director, the Coordinator takes an active part in thought leadership projects across the network and delivers marketing insights that help drive strategic planning, optimise the media mix and improve return on investment. The role sits in a dynamic team where strategic thinking and creativity are central.

Key responsibilities

• Research, write and publish thought leadership projects for the network, including whitepapers and PubliSEES
• Take part in Lion Squad, the internal think tank, and in the Publicis Media Strategy and Research teams
• Shadow, learn and take part in cross-agency collaboration across various clients
• Prepare competitive reviews and in-depth consumer analysis for clients
• Assist with global requests and contribute to global reports

• Superior communication skills and strategic thinking, able to solve business issues using data, creativity and human insight
• Collaborative approach and ability to build relationships with key stakeholders within Publicis and the wider industry
• Excellent organisational, interpersonal and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and proactively while being a team player
• Enthusiastic, proactive, flexible and open to learning

Required skills

• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Solid presentation and training skills
• Basic knowledge of primary and custom research methodologies, with an interest in learning more

What we offer

• Salary of $40,000 per year, depending on experience, knowledge, skills and certifications
