Content Creator & On-Camera Host (Bilingual)

About the role

Lufa Farms is building a better food system by growing food locally and sustainably, starting with a commercial rooftop greenhouse and partnering with local farms and food makers. It is looking for a bilingual, camera-confident content creator to become one of its brand faces. Reporting to the marketing team, the Content Creator visits suppliers and partners and presents engaging, approachable content on Instagram and other platforms. Previous professional experience is not required.

Key responsibilities

• Appear on camera in short-form video content, including paid ads
• Visit local suppliers, producers and community partners
• Conduct interviews and man-on-the-street-style videos
• Create informative, engaging and approachable content for Instagram and other platforms
• Showcase Lufa Farms, its partners, products and the local food ecosystem
• Collaborate with the team on content ideas, scripts and creative concepts

Required profile

• Fluent in both French and English
• Comfortable and natural in front of the camera
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Curious, personable and comfortable speaking with new people
• Strong interest in social media, digital content, communications or storytelling
• Interest in food, sustainability, local businesses or Montreal culture is a plus
• No previous professional experience required
