Digital Advertising Specialist

About the role

Magnify Digital is seeking a Digital Advertising Specialist to own paid media strategy across a full suite of platforms. You will work in a collaborative boutique agency environment, shaping omni‑platform campaigns for clients in the creative, film, and tourism sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead paid advertising strategy on Google Ads (search, display, YouTube), Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn and emerging platforms.
• Contribute to omni‑platform digital strategies and market research as needed.
• Write platform‑native ad copy and produce static creative assets independently.
• Drive performance through audience segmentation, A/B testing and real‑time optimization.
• Track spend, hours, timelines and ensure timely delivery.
• Build insight‑driven client reports that go beyond raw numbers.
• Stay current on platform updates, new formats and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with content, social and email strategists on integrated campaigns.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field.
• 5+ years designing and executing paid search and display campaigns with proven results.
• Demonstrated success managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Current certifications on major ad platforms.
• Strong written communication and a positive, team‑oriented attitude.
• Rigorous budget tracking and deadline management.
