DevOps Specialist – Montreal (Bilingual)

About the role

Techso, a fast‑growing digital transformation leader, is seeking a bilingual DevOps Specialist to join its Montreal team. You will work on strategic, large‑scale projects for clients across Canada, designing and operating cloud‑native solutions while ensuring high availability and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to design and configure systems that meet project requirements.
• Design, implement, and maintain cloud architectures on AWS and/or Azure.
• Manage deployment pipelines, monitoring, and operational maintenance, including troubleshooting and performance tuning.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the technical foundation (Git, Ansible, Terraform, etc.).
• Provide technical training and documentation to client teams.
• Participate in on‑call rotations, including occasional evenings and weekends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience in DevOps or related roles.
• Fluent in spoken and written French and English.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.

Required skills

• Linux environments (Ubuntu, RedHat, Debian).
• Cloud platforms: AWS and/or Azure.
• Infrastructure‑as‑code tools: Ansible, Terraform.
• Containerization and orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes.
• Scripting languages: Python, Bash.
• Version control: Git.
• Agile development methodology.
