DevOps & Internal Systems Engineer

About the role

Haply is looking for a DevOps & Internal Systems Engineer to design, build, and scale the internal infrastructure that powers its robotics and Physical AI platform. You will own the tools and systems that enable engineers to ship faster and keep the company operating efficiently as it grows.

Key responsibilities

• Own and improve GitLab CI/CD pipelines, runners, environments, and release workflows.
• Build and maintain internal dashboards that combine engineering, operations, and business data.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Odoo ERP and other internal systems using modern APIs and automation.
• Extend Odoo with custom modules, workflows, and automations.
• Enhance developer productivity through tooling, automation, and infrastructure improvements.
• Manage Google Workspace, identity, access control, and employee onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Support office IT, networking, and hardware infrastructure.
• Ensure data quality across Odoo, GitLab, PostHog, and related systems.
• Monitor system health, troubleshoot incidents, and continuously improve reliability and performance.

Required profile

• 2–5+ years of experience in DevOps, internal tooling, IT systems, or ERP administration.
• Proven experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines on GitLab or similar platforms.
• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript background with experience in internal applications or automation.
• Hands‑on experience administering Odoo or comparable ERP systems.
• Comfortable working with APIs, integrations, and automation workflows.
• Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
• Service‑oriented mindset focused on building tools that help teams succeed.
