Developer Community Manager

About the role

Flosum is looking for a Developer Community Manager to be the public face of the company within the Salesforce ecosystem. You will build credibility with engineers, architects, and economic buyers by delivering consistent, LinkedIn‑native content and fostering strong community relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Produce 2‑3 LinkedIn posts per week and timely “hot takes” on industry news to position Flosum as a leader.
• Represent Flosum as a speaker at major events such as Dreamforce, London’s Calling, and regional “Dreamin’” conferences.
• Cultivate, mentor, and amplify a tier of named advocates while seeding the founding charter cohort.
• Create multi‑format content—including podcasts, videos, and co‑created pieces—that travels across DevOps and Data/Security tracks on LinkedIn.
• Leverage an existing personal brand to accelerate credibility building and drive community‑influenced pipeline.

Required profile

• A recognized name in the Salesforce community – ideally a Salesforce MVP, frequent conference speaker, or well‑followed DevOps/architecture voice.
• Fluency with both DevOps (release management, CI/CD, deployment) and Data/Security (backup, governance, compliance, resilience) audiences.
• Native command of LinkedIn formats and the ecosystem’s authenticity, give‑back, and inclusion norms.
• Comfort being measured on share of voice and community‑influenced pipeline rather than raw member counts.
