Designated Beauty Advisor – La Prairie

About the role

The Designated Beauty Advisor for La Prairie will work within Holt Renfrew’s luxury environment, building lasting relationships with clients and driving brand sales. You will act as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional service and meeting sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary, personalized service to every customer.
• Achieve and exceed individual and brand sales goals.
• Develop a loyal client base through acquisition, retention, and relationship management.
• Share expert product knowledge with the broader store team.
• Collaborate with buyers, vendors, and store management on merchandising, events, and assortment recommendations.
• Execute visual merchandising, floor recovery, price changes, and other sales support tasks.
• Communicate regularly with clients via phone, email, and other channels about events, product requests, and follow‑ups.
• Resolve customer service issues and ensure compliance with health, safety, privacy, and cyber‑security policies.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years of commission‑based sales experience, preferably in luxury retail.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Highly collaborative, able to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Fully bilingual in French and English.
