Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily work according to priorities and company requirements.
- Resolve issues while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Execute merchandising duties under the Store Manager’s direction.
- Oversee replenishment processes and promotional activities.
- Assist in recruiting and scheduling staff within labour budget constraints.
- Coach, encourage, and motivate team members.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years experience in personnel management.
- Experience managing a retail business.
- Strong leadership, resourcefulness, and autonomy.
- Excellent communication skills.
