Key responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners and provide friendly, professional customer service.
• Educate customers about water quality, water treatment, and indoor air quality solutions.
• Schedule complimentary in‑home water and air quality consultations.
• Assist with customer inquiries and identify home service needs.
• Represent Hydra Pure Group professionally within the community and build positive relationships.
• Help homeowners make informed decisions about improving their indoor environment.
• Maintain accurate customer and appointment information.
• Collaborate closely with customer service, sales, and installation teams.
