About the role
The Demand Planner will support De Havilland Canada's aftermarket and manufacturing operations by coordinating demand between internal customers and our production facilities in Calgary, Victoria and Toronto. The role ensures accurate order processing, timely communication of delivery dates, and reliable supply of aircraft parts and services.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between manufacturing sites and internal customers for aftermarket demand and MRO requirements.
- Manage customer RFQs, verify part parameters, and provide availability, pricing, and lead‑time information.
- Enter, review, and maintain customer orders, purchase‑order changes, and schedule adjustments in the ERP system.
- Communicate order status updates proactively to customers via email, phone, and conference calls.
- Ensure ERP data is current to support accurate KPI reporting, including quotes, sales orders, RMAs, and customer complaints.
- Collaborate with Customer Quality and Quality Engineering on issue resolution.
Required profile
Required skills
- Proficiency with ERP systems for order and data management.
- Experience handling RFQs and quote administration.
- Ability to monitor and report key performance indicators.
